Throughout the year, I organize group workshops and retreats to create opportunities to learn, rebalance, resource, rest, and recenter. Workshops and retreats provide in-depth ways to reconnect with our Authentic Selves and return to our innate capacity to heal and to grow.

These events are sometimes co-created with other healers and practitioners. Workshops and retreats are a beautiful gift of growth and insight! Move and learn through somatic practices, yoga & meditation, ceremonies, exploration, introspection, and so much more.

In these tumultuous times, Collective Spaces of Introspection and Celebration are needed more than ever. Retreats are a beautiful way to step into much-needed Community and Presence. 

Nourish your body, heart, and soul in the presence of others!

Celebrate Spring at the beautiful Harmony Dawn Eco-Retreat Centre (voted one of the greenest buildings in Canada), just 25 minutes north of Cobourg, Ontario.

Join me for a weekend of yoga (active and restorative), meditation, introspective practices, nature, and delicious meals. Walk down to the lake, explore the forest trails, or curl up with a good book during your free time.

The weekend will include:
Active yoga and movement practices
Restorative yoga, softer movement, and breath-work practices
Writing and introspective exercises
Guided meditations
and so much more!

The retreat begins on Friday, May 23, late afternoon and ends on Sunday, May 25, after lunch.

Investment:

Shared loft ( 4 people - large, open space with screen dividers for privacy): $535 + hst - 1 spot left!
Shared room (2 people per room): $585 + hst - SOLD OUT
Shared rustic cabin (100 m walk to house): $625 + hst (single) or $535 + hst (shared) * Note: this space is not heated - SOLD OUT
Private room (double bed): $705 + hst (single) - SOLD OUT

*All accommodations come with shared bathrooms. Accommodations are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Spaces are limited. Register early to avoid disappointment!

A $75 deposit is required to hold your spot. The balance of payment is due no later than April 11, 2024. Please note: payment plans are available as needed. Please reach out. Please note: Accommodation & Food Fee - this fee is payable directly to the Harmony Dawn Retreat. Please enquire for details.

Cancellation policy: Full refund minus $75 processing fee up to 6 weeks before. 50% (minus $75 processing fee) between 6 weeks and 1 month. No refund at 4 weeks or less.
